It had been raining heavily the day before.
Taking a gamble with the weather is always
part and parcel of having an outdoor wedding,
but for Marlonn and Sab it meant casting their
worries onto God and trusting in Him
who controls the direction of every rain cloud.
Not a drop fell as they exchanged “I dos” with
the vast expanse of sea and sky as their backdrop,
and their closest friends and family as their
witnesses.
The entire scene was a visual treat with a palette
of soft, earthy, and cool tones mixed with pops of
blush and gray. I was especially struck by the
thoughtful details. His and hers fans were hand-
painted by friends and the soles of the couple’s
shoes (both wore sneakers) were hand-painted
and personalized as well.
Later, the rain fell during the reception. As though
the clouds, right on cue, decided it was their turn
to wish the newlyweds well.
Thank you Bride and Breakfast for the
